Privacy policy

This policy applies to all apps made by Jon Grant and to jons.app.

Our apps store settings, progress and content on your device. Where supported, Apple services such as iCloud can sync data through your Apple Account. Apple also handles App Store purchases and Game Center features under its own privacy policies. We do not receive your payment-card details.

Apps may connect to our services to download content or send usage and diagnostic information to help us improve reliability and features. What is sent depends on the app, version and your settings. Available controls are in the app or device settings, and each app’s App Store privacy disclosure describes its data practices. Website and service requests also provide technical information, such as IP addresses, to our hosting providers for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Device permissions, such as access to Photos or notifications, are used for the features you choose and can be changed in Settings. When you share content, you choose the destination and its privacy terms apply.

If you contact us or submit feedback, we receive the details you provide and use them to respond and investigate issues. Apple may provide crash reports and TestFlight feedback according to your settings and submissions.

We do not sell your personal information. Information is processed by providers needed to operate our apps, website and support, or shared where legally required. We keep it only as needed to provide these services, resolve issues and meet legal obligations.

You can remove local app data by deleting the app and manage synced data through your Apple Account settings. Deleting an app may not delete its iCloud data. You may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to its use or complain to your local data protection authority. Where applicable, we rely on providing a requested service, legitimate interests in operating and improving our services, consent where required, or legal obligations.
